Refund Policy

This policy covers the optional paid plan (Pro). The core app is free, so there is nothing to refund on the free plan.

Cancel any time

You can cancel Pro whenever you like. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

• First payment: if Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
• Renewals: please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. If you were charged by mistake, email us within 7 days of the renewal and we’ll review it.
• Outside these windows we can’t usually refund part-used periods, but if something went wrong on our side, tell us and we’ll make it right.

How to ask

Email skanitkar43@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what happened. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
