These terms apply when you use TaskBaddie at taskbaddie.app. TaskBaddie is run by Shivank Kanitkar in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use TaskBaddie.

Using TaskBaddie

  • You can use TaskBaddie as a guest or with an account. You must be at least 13 years old.
  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Don’t misuse the service: no attacking it, scraping it at scale, reselling it or using it to break the law.

Your content

Your tasks are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app can work for you. We don’t use your tasks for anything else.

Free plan and paid plan (Pro)

  • The core app is free. We may offer an optional paid plan called Pro, shown with its price on our website before you buy.
  • Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who may also collect applicable taxes.
  • You can cancel any time; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices or features with notice. A change in price applies from your next renewal.

Music

Music in TaskBaddie plays through YouTube’s embedded player and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Music is free to everyone and is never part of a paid plan. Videos may become unavailable if their owners remove them.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep TaskBaddie running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. Keep a copy of anything important.

Disclaimer and liability

TaskBaddie is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or $0 if you only use the free plan).

Ending your account

You can stop using TaskBaddie or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
